Mission Statement for Ace Jiu Jitsu

Ace Jiu Jitsu is a family-owned and operated martial arts school located in Fountain Valley, CA. Our primary focus is teaching our students how to first identify when a physical altercation is imminent, use verbal Jiu-Jitsu to de-escalate the situation if possible, and then to effectively defend ourselves in such real-world physical altercations if necessary.

At Ace Jiu Jitsu, we strive for an environment built on cooperation, trust, and patience with an emphasis on teamwork and the gentle aspect of “The Gentle Art”. Students are encouraged to compete and do compete but are not pressured to do so.

The students that make up Ace Jiu Jitsu’s roster are working professionals, college students, mothers, fathers, school children, active competitors, and professional fighters so whether you are looking to learn effective Self-Defense, get a good workout, or are a seasoned competitor or fighter, Ace Jiu Jitsu has the means to provide you with the training you are looking for.
