ADULT CLASSES

Our adult Gi and No Gi classes are taught by our head instructor, Tim Cartmell, who created a formalized Jiu Jitsu and Self Defense curriculum that is taught to every student, hobbyist and professional. Belt promotions are received after a student is notified of upcoming testing and successfully passing a formalized test at every level except for brown and black belt.

Both Gi and No Gi class begins with warm up movement exercises that are used in your formal Jiu Jitsu training. After warm up exercises, class consists of stand-up self defense techniques or throws/takedowns followed by a series of ground techniques and then some sparring rounds.
